At the beginning of 2000 a team of store development professionals started working on a concept to ensure international retailers could continue to grow whilst maintaining their brand and their working capital.
 
Characteristic for retail expansion are changes, short lead times, multiple partners and cost pressure. Finding the best location is the key to the retailer’s future success. Implementing the brand cost efficiently is the key to first year revenue, which determines long term success. All this requires a smooth supply chain machine that allows designers to adhere to local needs as well as financial and operation needs.
